On Aug. 16th we first had to take a swim in the Mediterranean then we headed to Pisa. We were getting the hang of the navigator and found our way pretty well. The weather continued to be unusually hot for that time of year. It is usually around 85-90 and we averaged 100 degrees.

Seeing Pisa was definately one of my personal highlights. It is not only unusually leaning, it is a beautiful building of white marble.

Dad says the baptistry is leaning also.

We loved buying souvenirs here for the kids and a fan for me to keep cool.
